How to make Eggs in mustard sauce

  1. 1. Melt the butter with the flour, then gradually add the mustard and water until the sauce acquires the right thickness.

  2. 2. Season with sugar and salt, then cover the pan with the sauce.

  3. 3. Boil water for the eggs in a separate pan, and add the wine vinegar. Gently place the eggs in the boiling water.
