How to make Low-carb muffins with ham, cheese and vegetables

  1. 1. Finely slice the ham and onion, then leave them to cool.

  2. 2. Rinse then dry the spinach.

  3. 3. Line a muffin tin with butter.

  4. 4. Grate or finely chop the cheese.

  5. 5. Mix the eggs with the cheese, ham, onion, spinach and seasoning. Then pour the resulting mass into the muffin tray.
