How to make Prawn and avocado salad

  1. 1. Put the shelled prawns in a pre-heated pan with butter.

  2. 2. Remove the stone from the avocado, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and dice it together with the tomato.

  3. 3. When the prawns start to brown, remove them from the pan and mix in the vegetables, oil and seasoning.
