  • Chicken breast, without skin200 g
  • Tomato6.5× slice (130 g)
  • White rice basmati0.5× cup (90 g)
  • Onion5× slice (50 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Peppers capsicum chilli red0.5× piece (10 g)
  • Parsley, fresh1× tablespoon (6 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Turmeric, ground1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Oven paella with meat and vegetables

  1. 1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Finely slice the tomato and chilli.

  2. 2. Pour the olive oil on the bottom of a casserole dish, then add the onion, garlic, tomato and chilli. Mix everything together and place in an oven pre-heated to 220C for around 20 minutes.

  3. 3. Remove the dish from the oven, add the uncooked rice and pour over the broth. Lay the pieces of meat, seasoned with salt, pepper and turmeric, on top.

  4. 4. Cover the dish and roast everything together for around 40 minutes at 180C.

  5. 5. Serve garnished with parsley.

    Amazing good but THIS IS NOT PAELLA!!!! It has 0 to do with paella so it shouldn't be called paella. I am Spanish and this not alright.

    Very delicious dish. It's so easy to prepare, basically nothing can go wrong with it. For sure I will will make it again.
