  • Water0.5× cup (125 ml)
  • Chorizo13× slice (91 g)
  • Cheese, Parmesan, fresh4× tablespoon (40 g)

  • Dill, fresh1.5× teaspoon (4.5 g)

How to make Sweet potato and chorizo bake

  1. 1. Dice the sweet potatoes and chorizo, then place them in a heated frying pan with oil and fry for around 3-4 minutes. Then add half a glass of water and stew all the ingredients for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2. Transfer the sweet potatoes and chorizo to a casserole dish, add salt and pepper to taste and place in an oven pre-heated to 200C for around 20 minutes.

  3. 3. Remove the casserole dish from the oven and sprinkle the bake with parmesan, chopped parsley and dill.
