How to make Potatoes filled with peppers and bacon

  1. 1. Wash the potatoes carefully, then bake them at 180C for around 40 minutes.

  2. 2. Cut the baked potatoes in half, then gouge out the inside with a knife.

  3. 3. Finely dice the bacon and pepper. Put the bacon in a pan. When the fat melts, add the pepper and stew until it softens slightly.

  4. 4. Mix the bacon and pepper with the flesh from the potatoes. Add salt and pepper.

  5. 5. Fill the potatoes with the filling thus created, and place in an oven pre-heated to 180C for around 15 minutes.

  6. 6. Sprinkle the baked potatoes with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
