  • Honey1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Limes23 g
  • Water1× tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Mint, fresh2× leaf (4 g)

How to make Express melon sorbet

  1. 1. Cut the melon in half, then into quarters. Separate the flesh of the fruit from the skin and cut it into small slices Transfer it to a biscuit mould and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).

  2. 2. Combine the frozen melon in a food mixer with the honey and lime juice. Blend until it acquires the consistency of sorbet. If the melon is frozen hard, add water.

  3. 3. Garnish the finished sorbet with fresh mint leaves.
