How to make Halloumi and pomegranate salad

  1. 1. Slice the cheese, rub half the portion of olive oil on it and lay it in a pre-heated grill pan. When the cheese is covered with dark stripes on the bottom, turn it over and grill again.

  2. 2. Lightly roast the walnuts in a dry pan.

  3. 3. Prepare the dressing: add half of the olive oil, the mustard, lemon juice and honey in a blender. Blend until the ingredients combine. Add salt and pepper to taste

  4. 4. Arrange the rocket and lettuce on a plate. Lay the rest of the prepared ingredients on top of the green layer - grilled cheese, pomegranate seeds and roasted nuts. Pour the dressing over everything.
