How to make Oatmeal pancakes with cheese and blueberries

  1. 1. Put the curd cheese in a blender and mix until the consistency turns smooth.

  2. 2. Add the honey, eggs and oatflakes, then mix again. Add the blueberries to the mass.

  3. 3. Put half a tbs of the mass on each pancake and fry them in a hot pan with a little butter until the pancakes turn a golden colour on each side.

  4. 4. Garnish the finished pancakes with fresh mint.
