  • Pear0.5× piece (65 g)
  • Water6× tablespoon (60 ml)
  • Ginger, fresh5× slice (10 g)

How to make Ginger smoothie

  1. 1. Put all the ingredients into a blender - the rinsed spinach leaves, peeled and finely chopped pear, peeled and grated or finely chopped ginger.

  2. 2. Pour in the water and lemon juice, and blend for approx. 1 minute until the mixture takes on a smooth consistency. If necessary add more water and blend again.
