How to make Classic German hash (Haschee) with pasta

  1. 1. Boil the pasta.

  2. 2. Dice the onion, press the garlic and glaze them in the olive oil.

  3. 3. Add the mince and seasoning (oregano and chilli), and fry everything together.

  4. 4. Once the meat is well done, add the mustard and tomato concentrate, then stew together for 5 minutes.

  5. 5. Add the broth, boil under cover for 15 minutes and then thicken the sauce with flour.

  6. 6. Bring the sauce to the boil, stir in with the pasta.
