  • Radish red4× root (60 g)
  • Orange juice, unsweetened0.25× cup (55 ml)
  • Cream, UHT, half3× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Raisins1× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Sunflower seeds1× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Rapeseed oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black0.3× pinch (0.3 g)

How to make Broccoli and radish salad

  1. 1. Lightly boil the broccoli (it should stay hard).

  2. 2. Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan.

  3. 3. Remove the sunflower seeds from the pan, pour the oil in and heat it up.

  4. 4. Put the broccoli in the heated oil and fry it for 5 minutes, add the raisins and fry for another minute.

  5. 5. Cut the radishes into quarters, mix the cream with the orange juice.

  6. 6. Mix all the ingredients together, add salt and pepper
