How to make Baguette with beetroot, parmesan and chilli mayonnaise

  1. 1. Boil the beetroot in salted water for around 35-40 minutes until soft, then peel and slice it.

  2. 2. Cut the passion fruit in half, then remove the flesh and put it in a bowl.

  3. 3. Add the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to the passion fruit and mix well.

  4. 4. Finely slice the chilli and mix it in with the mayonnaise.

  5. 5. Spread mayonnaise on the baguette, place the beetroot on top, sprinkle with parmesan and parsley, then pour on the sauce.
