How to make Baked porridge with cinnamon, banana and redcurrants

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 205 oC.

  2. 2. Mash the banana with a fork, then place the mash in a bowl.

  3. 3. Add the cinnamon, milk and oatflakes to the banana and mix everything together.

  4. 4. Transfer the mass to a casserole dish, place the redcurrants on top and bake for 15 minutes under cover.
