How to make Egg muffins with cauliflower and tomato

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Beat the egg in a bowl with the milk, salt and pepper until it froths slightly.

  3. 3. Finely chop the tomato and cauliflower, grate the cheese.
