  • Semolina6× tablespoon (90 g)
  • Raspberries1.5× handful (75 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Butter6× teaspoon (30 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Nutmeg, ground0.5× pinch (1 g)

How to make Dumplings with semolina and raspberries

  1. 1. Put the milk, a pinch of salt, nutmeg and butter into a pan and bring to the boil.

  2. 2. Add the semolina and stir until the mass thickens, then let it cool.

  3. 3. Once cooled, add the egg and mix.

  4. 4. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.

  5. 5. Form dumplings using two teaspoons, drop them in the boiling water and boil for around 10 minutes.

  6. 6. Serve with raspberries.
