How to make Red beetroot and pineapple smoothie

  1. 1. Chop up the fresh beetroot and put it in a blender.

  2. 2. Wash the pineapple and cut off the necessary part. Peel off all the skin, leaving only the soft flesh, cut out the hard core. Slice up the flesh and add it to the beetroot.

  3. 3. Add the peeled banana, orange juice, peeled and sliced ginger, water and lime or lemon juice. Blend into a smoothie.
