  • Coconut milk0.5× cup (115 ml)
  • Minced meat, lean1× portion (100 g)
  • Onion4× slice (40 g)
  • Tomato concentrate1× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Rapeseed oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Garlic0.5× clove (2.5 g)

How to make Cabbage and mince curry

  1. 1. Fry the meat in oil in a deep pan.

  2. 2. Chop up the cabbage, finely dice the onion, press the garlic

  3. 3. Add the cabbage to the meat and fry for 3 minutes.

  4. 4. Add the onion, garlic, curry powder and tomato concentrate, and fry everything together until the onion browns.

  5. 5. Add the coconut milk, stir everything together, season with cumin and simmer under cover for 10 minutes.
