How to make Celery and parmesan salad

  1. 1. Wash the celery and cut it into slices 2mm thick.

  2. 2. Put the celery in a bowl, grate parmesan in top, lightly salt it and pour over the vinegar and olive oil.

  3. 3. Set aside for 5 minutes until the salt has drawn some of the water out of the celery and the salad has become juicier.

  4. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with chives.
