  • Semi-skimmed milk1.5× cup (330 ml)
  • Oats4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Pecan nuts1× handful (30 g)
  • Dark Chocolate2× cube (16 g)
  • Hazelnuts1× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Cocoa powder1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Syrup, maple1× tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Rapeseed oil1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Chocolate muesli with nuts and maple syrup

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 170C.

  2. 2. Chop the hazelnuts and pecans into medium-sized pieces.

  3. 3. Put the oatflakes, cocoa and nut pieces in a bowl, then mix.

  4. 4. Pour the syrup and the oil into the bowl with the nuts and oats, mix well.

  5. 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper, then pour the contents of the bowl in and spread out evenly.

  6. 6. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring twice to prevent the mass from burning.

  7. 7. Remove the tray from the oven and set aside for 5 minutes to cool.

  8. 8. Chop the chocolate into pieces.

  9. 9. Put the oats and chocolate pieces in the bowl, pour over the milk.
