  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Baguette with brie, sundried tomatoes and aubergine

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Thinly slice the aubergine, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.

  3. 3. Add the salt, pepper and pressed garlic to the remaining olive oil.

  4. 4. Slice the cheese and dice the sundried tomatoes.

  5. 5. Spread the olive oil and garlic on the baguette, put the cheese and previously roasted aubergine on top.

  6. 6. Bake the baguette for 5 minutes in the oven.

  7. 7. Remove the baguette from the oven, cover with rocket and sundried tomatoes.
