How to make Omelette, parmesan and crouton salad

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 200C.

  2. 2. Cut the bread into chunks, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

  3. 3. Place the bread in a pre-heated oven and bake until golden.

  4. 4. Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper.
