How to make Homemade Mutton biriyani

  1. 1. Marinate mutton with curd. Turmeric, paprika, black pepper , salt and ground cumin. Let it rest for an hour

  2. 2. Fry chopped garlic snd ginger in hot oil for 30 sec

  3. 3. Add thinly sliced onions and fry until golden brown

  4. 4. Add the marinated meat and cook until the curd is dry

  5. 5. Add chopped tomato and cook until mushy.

  6. 6. Pressure cook the mutton until it's almost cooked. Around 30 minutes

  7. 7. Add basmati rice and cook until done

  8. 8. Garnish with fried onions
