  • Lentils red split dried4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Carrot1× piece (50 g)
  • Onion2× slice (20 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Lentil and carrot burgers

  1. 1. Boil the lentils in lightly salted water until soft.

  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, and finely grate the carrot.

  3. 3. Fry the ingredients in olive oil until soft.

  4. 4. Add the drained and squeezed lentils.

  5. 5. Add salt, pepper, curry powder, chilli and fresh or dried basil.

  6. 6. Form into burgers and arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  7. 7. Bake at a temperature of 200C for 25 minutes.
