How to make Fried Brussels sprouts in maple syrup

  1. 1. Boil the Brussels sprouts in water.

  2. 2. Cut the sprouts in half.

  3. 3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the Brussels sprouts with the round side facing up.

  4. 4. Fry for 4 minutes, add the garlic and turn the sprouts over.
