How to make Toast with pesto, mackerel and mozzarella

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Thinly slice the tomatoes, courgette and mozzarella.

  3. 3. Spread the pesto on the bread, place the mozzarella and courgette on top.

  4. 4. Place in the oven and bake until the mozzarella melts and the courgette browns.

  5. 5. Remove from the oven, cover with mackerel and tomatoes.
