How to make Warm lentil, sweet potato and feta salad

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 190C.

  2. 2. Peel and finely dice the sweet potato, mix it with the oil and chilli.

  3. 3. Arrange the sweet potato pieces on a baking tray and roast for 15 minutes.

  4. 4. Boil the lentils.

  5. 5. Finely dice the onion, feta and pepper.

  6. 6. Stir the sweet potato, lentils, onion, feta, rocket and pepper together in a bowl.
