How to make Spinach, cocktail tomato and feta sandwich

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180 C

  2. 2. Rinse the spinach and cocktail tomatoes then dry them with a paper towel.

  3. 3. Put the tomatoes, spinach, oil, salt and pepper into a casserole dish and mix them al together.

  4. 4. Roast the vegetables for around 10 min

  5. 5. Spread the feta on a slice of bread, then place the tomatoes and spinach on top.

  6. 6. Bake for around another 3 min
