How to make Chicken, rice, beans, tomato soup

  1. 1. Cook the chicken breast with rice until the rice is soft (add spices to the water as you please eg. salt, pepper, curry powder, red pepper, bay leaves, stock cube, a bit of olive oil if you like)

  2. 2. Take the cooked chicken out, cut in small pieces and add back to the pot

  3. 3. Add drained and rinsed black beans

  4. 4. Add frozen vegetables mix

  5. 5. When all ingredients are cooked add canned tomato
