How to make Chorizo black bean pasta

  1. 1. Fry the chorizo for 2 mins to release the oils then add the onions & peppers & fry for 8mins.

  2. 2. Add fajita seasoning & chilli powder & fry for 2mins.

  3. 3. Add tomatoes & black beans & simmer for 10 mins, meanwhile cook pasta in saucepan of water.

  4. 4. Drain pasta & stir into sauce mix.
