How to make Egg cutlets with sesame

  1. 1. Mince the chicken breasts

  2. 2. Hard boil the egg

  3. 3. Finely dice the onion and simmer under cover until soft

  4. 4. Mix together the meat, onions and chopped egg, pour in the cold milk and add salt and pepper

  5. 5. Form into cutlets and lightly sprinkle with sesame

  6. 6. Fry on a low heat until slightly brown
