  • Courgette0.5× piece (125 g)
  • Lemon0.25× piece (20 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Garlic1.5× clove (7.5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Baked lemon salmon

  1. 1. Lay a sheet of aluminium foil out in a baking tray. Grease it with olive oil, then place the salmon fillet on top. Season with salt and pepper, arrange slices of lemon on top

  2. 2. Thinly slice the garlic and arrange it around the salmon. Once the fish is thus prepared, roll it up tight in aluminium foil and bake at a temperature of 200 ℃ for 15 minutes

  3. 3. Slice the courgette with a vegetable spiraliser, then briefly fry it in a lightly oiled pan (no more than 2 minutes), gently stirring the whole time, trying not to damage the spirals

  4. 4. Lay the fish on the courgette strips, pour the fat from the salmon over it if you wish
