  • Chicken breast, without skin200 g
  • Cream, fresh, soured4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Courgette2× slice (60 g)
  • Ham2.5× slice (50 g)
  • Onion2× slice (20 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)

How to make Chicken fillets with courgette

  1. 1. Rinse and dry the meat, slice horizontally into 2 thinner fillets, then cut it into smaller pieces. Beat with a tenderiser to a thickness of 7 mm. Season with salt and pepper. Roll the fillet pieces up in slices of Parma ham

  2. 2. Heat up a pan of oil. Fry the meat on both sides on a high heat until the ham turns brown

  3. 3. Remove the meat from the pan, set the pan on a medium heat and add the diced onion. Glaze it, then add the diced courgette. Fry for around 7 minutes. Add salt and pepper, turmeric, thyme and chilli

  4. 4. Add the cream to the pan and bring to the boil, season with salt and pepper if necessary. Put the fried meat in the sauce and cook for around 5 minutes until the sauce thickens
