  • Tomato4× slice (80 g)
  • Mascarpone2.5× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Mushrooms common2× piece (40 g)
  • Onion2× slice (20 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Garlic0.5× clove (2.5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Chicken breasts with mascarpone and tomatoes

  1. 1. Chop the garlic and onions, then glaze them in oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry until they turn brown. Blanch and peel the tomatoes. Dice them and put then in the pan, cook until they take on the consistency of sauce. Season with salt and pepper, at the end add the mascarpone and stir intensely until it has completely melted. Bring to the boil then set aside

  2. 2. Wash the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil. Transfer the chicken fillets to the sauce and bring to the boil together
