How to make Pork loins topped with spinach

  1. 1. Cut the pork loins into slices and gently pat them into cutlets

  2. 2. Season with salt and pepper, then fry in the oil for 2-3 minutes on each side

  3. 3. Fry the garlic in oil, add the spinach and season it with salt, pepper and a pinch of chilli

  4. 4. Arrange the pork loins in a casserole dish, cover with spinach and sprinkle with blue cheese

  5. 5. Bake for 10 minutes at 200C
