How to make Courgette stuffed with salmon

  1. 1. Chop up the salmon, then simmer it in olive oil for a few minutes

  2. 2. Cut the courgette in half lengthwise, then remove the inside with a spoon

  3. 3. Divide the flesh of the courgette into smaller pieces, add it to the fish, season (salt, pepper, Provençal herbs) and stir together

  4. 4. Fill the hollowed-out courgette halves with the stuffing, place the cheese on top and bake in the oven at 170°C for around 15-20 minutes
