  • Mozzarella cheese2.5× slice (37.5 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Provencal herbs1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

  1. 1. Boil the broccoli in lightly salted water until al dente, then drain

  2. 2. Wash and dice the salmon, then season it with salt, pepper and Provençal herbs, and fry in olive oil. Add the chopped broccoli florets

  3. 3. Grease a casserole dish with olive oil, place the fish and broccoli in it, grate the mozzarella on top, put it in the oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for around 15 minutes
