  • Natural yoghurt2.5× teaspoon (30 g)
  • Smoked bacon, boneless2× slice (30 g)
  • Lettuce5× leaf (25 g)
  • Mayonnaise1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Garlic1.5× clove (7.5 g)
  • Oregano, dried, ground1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Caesar salad with parmesan

  1. 1. Grate the garlic and half of the parmesan. Add the yoghurt and mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly

  2. 2. Shred the lettuce (preferably romaine). Thinly slice the remaining cheese. Cut the chicken into strips, season with salt, pepper and oregano

  3. 3. Dice the bacon and fry it in a pan, remove once it is ready. Add the oil and fry the chicken

  4. 4. Add the fat left over from frying to the sauce

  5. 5. Mix the sauce thoroughly with the lettuce, add the chicken and bacon on top
