How to make Chicken with courgette pasta, cheese and cream sauce

  1. 1. Make spiral threads from the courgette using a spiraliser, then boil them in salted water for around 3 minutes

  2. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, thyme and sweet paprika

  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, then fry the chicken and remove it from the pan

  4. 4. Put the cream, mustard, blue cheese pieces, salt and pepper in the pan. Stir until the ingredients combine

  5. 5. Arrange the courgette pasta and sliced chicken breast on a plate. Pour the prepared sauce over it
