How to make Broccoli omelette with mushrooms and cheese

  1. 1. Divide the broccoli into florets and boil in salted water for 10 minutes

  2. 2. Finely chop the mushrooms

  3. 3. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the seasoning, mushrooms and peas

  4. 4. Drain the broccoli and add to the rest of the ingredients. Gently mix the whole mass together and pour into a heated pan

  5. 5. Fry on both sides for a few minutes
