  • Raspberries, fresh or frozen1.5× handful (75 g)
  • Oats4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Honey1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Almonds1× tablespoon (15 g)

How to make Banana porridge with raspberry sauce and almonds

  1. 1. Peel and slice the banana.

  2. 2. Boil the oatflakes and banana in milk, stirring continuously to prevent burning.

  3. 3. While the oatflakes are boiling, heat the raspberries in a separate pan until they disintegrate and release water. Add the honey and heat until the sauce thickens.

  4. 4. Transfer the boiled oats to a bowl, pout over the raspberry sauce and sprinkle with almond flakes.
