How to make Toast with pear, blue cheese and walnuts

  1. 1. Take the blue cheese out of the fridge in advance to soften. Slice the roll in half and grill on a high shelf in the oven for around 1 minute. Butter the roll.

  2. 2. Roast the nuts in a pan until brown.

  3. 3. Cut the pear into 1 cm slices, remove the core and pour on some honey, then grill in a grill pan or in the oven.

  4. 4. Place the rocket, cheese slices, pear and nuts on the buttered roll halves. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
