  • Lemon2× slice (20 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Salt3× pinch (1.5 g)
  • Chilli powder2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Cheese crisps with guacamole

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180 C

  2. 2. Grate the cheese. Lay the grated cheese out in the form of flat pancakes in a baking tray lined with paper, and bake until it caramelises to a golden colour. When it melts and turns slightly brown, turn it over and heat for another 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and wait until it cools.

  3. 3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, and then scoop out a tablespoon of flesh and mash it in a bowl with a fork into a reasonably smooth paste (there may be some small lumps).

  4. 4. Add the pressed garlic, olive oil and juice from the lemon to the mashed avocado.

  5. 5. Finally add salt and chilli pepper to taste, and mix everything together.

  6. 6. Break the cheese crisps into smaller pieces.

  7. 7. Serve the guacamole along with the crisps.
