  • Tomatoes cherry1× handful (100 g)
  • Salmon1× piece (100 g)
  • Avocado7× slice (70 g)
  • Olive oil6× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Rocket Salad25 g
  • Feta cheese1× slice (20 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Dill, fresh1.75× tablespoon (8.8 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Baked salmon salad

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. 2. Wash the salmon, dry it with paper towels and lay it on the tray. Coat it in olive oil (1/3 of the amount in the ingredients list) , season with salt and pepper and arrange the lemon on top. Roast for around 15-20 min

  3. 3. Arrange the rocket, halved cocktail tomatoes and sliced avocado on a plate.

  4. 4. Mix the olive oil together with the salt, pepper and chopped dill, then pour it over the previously prepared salad.

  5. 5. Place the baked salmon in the centre of the salad and crumble feta over the whole.

    that was really delicious. I’ll tweak the proportions next time, little bit less oil and a bit more feta. added some pomegranate seeds.
