How to make Grated mozzarella pockets

  1. 1. Melt the mozzarella. Add the almond flour to it. Blend together into the consistency of dough. Roll the mass between two sheets of baking paper until it is 0.5 cm thick

  2. 2. Beat the eggs with the butter. Place them with the bacon along with the rolled out dough

  3. 3. Roll the dough up, placing one end on the other. Squeeze it tightly shut. Make a few holes in the top with a fork

  4. 4. Roast for 20 minutes at 200C.
