How to make Omelette with spinach, bacon and tomato

  1. 1. Chop the spinach and put it on the heated clarified butter

  2. 2. Add the pressed garlic. Stir until the spinach is slightly stewed

  3. 3. Add the sliced bacon and heat together

  4. 4. Beat the eggs with the cream. The add the sliced tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5. Mix everything together with the spinach and bacon

  6. 6. Pour the egg mass into a greased pan and spread it out evenly. Fry, moving the pan around lightly and folding up the edges of the omelette
