  • Eggs chicken2× portion (120 g)
  • Strawberries, fresh or frozen4× piece (40 g)
  • Erythritol3× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Butter4× teaspoon (20 g)
  • Coconut flour1× tablespoon (12 g)

How to make Mini cheesecakes in ramekins with strawberries

  1. 1. Take the eggs and curd cheese out in advance so they reach room temperature

  2. 2. Melt the butter in a water bath and set aside to cool

  3. 3. Grind the cheese twice. Then add the flour and cooled butter. Mix everything

  4. 4. Slice the strawberries

  5. 5. Whisk the eggs for a few minutes with the erythritol added. Then add a portion at a time to the cheese mass. Finally add the strawberries and mix the whole mass together very gently

  6. 6. Pour the mass into ramekins and bake for 35 minutes at 150C. After baking, let the cheesecakes cool for a quarter hour or so
