  • Feta cheese4× slice (80 g)
  • Smoked bacon, boneless3× slice (45 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Feta in bacon with tomatoes

  1. 1. Form 3 balls from the cheese

  2. 2. Lay a slice of bacon on a flat surface. Place a ball of cheese at the end of the slice and roll it up half way. Then turn the ball 90 degrees and continue rolling so that the bacon covers the whole ball. You can finish by poking in a cocktail stick to hold the bacon together. Roll all the balls up in the same way

  3. 3. Fry the balls on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side, until the bacon browns

  4. 4. Serve with cocktail tomatoes or tomato slices
