How to make Cheese pierogi with spinach and feta

  1. 1. Heat up some oil in a pan. Fry the spinach with the feta and garlic

  2. 2. Lay the cheese slices out in a lightly-greased non-stick baking tray. Place in an oven pre-heated to 200C, and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese melts

  3. 3. Remove the tray from the oven. Place the filling on two slices of cheese, then cover with the other slices. Leave to cool
