How to make Meatballs with mozzarella, almond flour and cucumber

  1. 1. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it. Coarsely grate the mozzarella

  2. 2. Mix the minced meat, almond flour, beaten egg and mozzarella together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper

  3. 3. Form into meatballs, with lightly oiled hands

  4. 4. Heat up a frying pan with oil. Place the meatballs in it and fry on both sides until brown
